Event Schedule
General Overview
The Women’s Wellness Retreat is a one-day experience designed to support women as leaders, professionals, and whole people. The day blends education, thoughtful conversation, and opportunities to reset your focus, all within a shared, welcoming space.
Throughout the retreat, programming will flow between a central main-stage experience and smaller, intentionally guided sessions. This structure allows attendees to engage with powerful ideas together while also choosing moments that best support their individual needs.
The day is 10am - 3pm and will include:
Main-stage conversations and panels focused on leadership, business growth, financial confidence, marketing, women’s health, and navigating success with clarity and intention.
Opportunities for connection and conversation, including informal networking and engagement with community partners and aligned organizations.
Guided wellness experiences designed to help you center your energy, sharpen focus, and reconnect deeply with yourself and with others in a supportive setting.
You’ll hear from inspiring leaders and facilitators throughout the day, including opening remarks from Lauree Ostrofsky, an inspiring keynote from Krista Jones, Executive Director and Founder of Sparrows Nest, and guided wellness sessions led by Jill Bluming.
Rather than a rigid schedule, the retreat is designed with thoughtful flow, allowing space for learning, reflection, conversation, and connection without feeling rushed or overwhelming.
Whether you spend the day gaining insight from speakers, participating in guided sessions, connecting with other women, or all of the above, you’ll leave feeling supported, energized, and better equipped to move forward with focus and confidence.
Additional speakers, sessions, and partners will be announced as details are finalized.
