Would you like to host an event for HVWIB members? We would love to hear about it!

While we all got used to Zoom for virtual events, we still love getting together in person. Whether you are an established event venue or an emerging business, please reach out to Janet Rossbach at Janet@hvwib.org with your idea for a potential event in your space.

A few things to note:

• Please include your event venue’s capacity in your email. We host events that range from a dozen to 250+ people.

• Please let us know if you are offering us the space for free or for a fee. We welcome suggestions for both!

• Please clarify if you are inviting members to attend a custom HVWIB event or an event your organization regularly hosts with other audiences/guests. While we like to mingle with our members, we also like to get to know new people around the Hudson Valley!

• We typically plan our events four to six months in advance.
